Service Blue (operated by Business Guy LLC, the data controller) helps a business run its front and back office (an AI receptionist that captures and delivers leads, plus invoicing and money tracking). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Only to provide the service: answer calls, capture and deliver leads to you, send the transactional messages your customers opt into, send invoices and reminders, and show you your money. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use callers' phone numbers for marketing.
Blue is an automated (AI) assistant — software, not a human — and discloses that on every call. Calls are recorded only after an audible disclosure is played and logged; see Call Recording & AI Disclosure for the full notice and the all-party-consent states.
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and protect it with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and an audit trail.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service Blue does not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. When Service Blue handles personal information about your customers (callers and leads), you are the data controller and Business Guy LLC is the data processor, acting on your documented instructions.
We process that data only to provide the service; keep it confidential; secure it with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and audit logging; assist you with data-subject requests (access, deletion, export); and delete or return it on termination, subject to records we must keep by law.
If we confirm a personal-data breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay, and no later than 72 hours after we confirm a reportable breach, with the information you need to meet your own obligations.
We use the vetted sub-processors listed below to provide the service. Each is required to protect the data and use it only to provide its service to us, and we remain responsible for their performance.
