What Service Blue is
Service Blue is your office for home and field service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, cleaning, and similar trades). It is the front, middle, and back office in one. Blue answers calls as your business, discloses that calls may be recorded, captures the caller's details, and hands them to you. The business also gets office tools for invoices, unpaid work, documents, crew coordination, and jobs. The live demo is open now, and we set up each business's own dedicated line as part of onboarding.
For contractors who run a crew
C.A.R.L. (Contractor Assignment, Routing & Logistics) is our separate product for general contractors and program operators who coordinate many subcontractors across many projects, keeping the roster, compliance readiness, and payment status in one console.
